Finding a customer service
Navigate the Services list to find an in-progress or completed service.
The Services list shows every customer service at your site – each one a vaccine, consultation, or other clinical interaction that's either in progress or already completed.
This is different from the Services settings area: that one configures what customers can book; this one shows each real instance of a service being delivered.
The Services screen also has a Staged Supply tab, listing patients on a staged supply plan and whether they're due or overdue for collection. See Recording Staged Supply.
The table
Each row is one customer service. The table shows what was delivered, who it was for, the current status (pending, completed, cancelled), when it happened, and a progress indicator for how many of the service's forms are complete.
Finding the right one
Use the search to match by customer name, service name, or booking reference. Sort by date to see recent activity first, or by status to cluster incomplete work.
For a customer's full list of services – past and present – open the customer profile and look at the Customer Services section on the profile tab.
Row actions
Each row's menu offers:
- View – opens the service detail page with forms and claims
- View Booking – jumps to the booking the service belongs to (if any)
- Delete – deletes the service, see Deleting a service
For services without a linked booking, such as a walk-in vaccination, View Booking isn't shown.
Pseudoephedrine supply records have their own list in S3 Supply Recording.
What's missing from the list
Services that were cancelled before forms started don't appear – there's nothing to track. Every other service is visible to anyone with customer access.
