Finding a service

Navigate the Services list to find an existing offering or variant.

The Services list at Settings›Services shows every offering you've configured. For a busy pharmacy with many vaccination variants and consultation types, it can get long — filters and grouping help.

The table

Each row is an offering. The table surfaces the offering name and any variants nested under their parent, visibility (Public, Unlisted, Private), active/inactive status, and a Configuration issues indicator when something needs attention.

Grouping by category

Offerings are shown grouped under category headings. Categories come from the underlying service (flu vaccine, consultation, blood pressure check) — you don't create or assign them from this page, and an offering's category changes only if the underlying service changes. Offerings without a categorised service appear under Uncategorized.

Variants appear nested under their parent offering — collapse and expand to focus.

Finding offerings with issues

The Configuration issues column flags offerings that won't behave correctly — for example, virtual offerings without an availability constraint, or offerings with no linked resources. Sort or filter on this column periodically to keep your catalogue clean.

Inactive offerings

Inactive offerings aren't bookable but stay in the list for reference and to preserve historical bookings. Use inactivation rather than deletion when an offering shouldn't be booked any more — deletion breaks historical links.
