Switching calendar views
Choose between Month, Week, Day, and Agenda — and fit the grid to your trading hours.
The Calendar offers four views. Each is optimised for a different question you might ask.
The four views
| View | Best for |
|---|---|
| Month | Looking ahead — seeing how a week or month compares at a glance |
| Week | The most common working view — what's on today and tomorrow |
| Day | Busy days when you need every slot visible |
| Agenda | A clean list, including upcoming bookings without the grid |
Tap the view icons in the top-right to switch.
Navigating dates
- Today returns to the current day or week
- The arrows step forward or backward one view's worth (a day, week, or month)
- The current range is shown in the centre — for example, "3 Apr - 9 Apr 2026" in Week view
Time range: full day or fit to trading hours
In Week and Day views, a second toggle controls how much of the day is shown:
- Full day (24h) — shows every hour, useful when you have bookings outside trading hours or on weekends
- Fit to trading hours & appointments — collapses the grid to your trading hours plus any bookings that fall outside them
Most pharmacies work with Fit to trading hours — less scrolling, no empty night grid.
