Vaccinations at the speed of light.
Walk-in services drop you straight into the encounter. Per-offering default vaccines. Alerts and Claim eligibility panels at the point of care. Multiple offerings per service. Booking flow refinements and a stack of small wins.
The vaccines you give most are now waiting on the form before you start. Set your defaults per offering and every encounter opens with the right codes already in place — faster delivery, fewer re-picks, cleaner records at claim time.
Two new side panels — Alerts and Claim eligibility — catch anything that needs your attention before you submit.
Straight into the encounter. Start a service and you land on the encounter — no in-between stop between the patient in front of you and the record you need to make.
The right vaccines, already on the form. Each offering can carry its own default vaccines, so the encounter opens pre-filled with what this clinic is actually giving today. Two flu offerings, two different defaults — no more re-picking the same vaccine every time.
Alerts and Claim eligibility, at the point of care. Two new side panels sit alongside the encounter:
- Alerts flags things to look at before you complete — missing Medicare, missing postcode, form warnings like pregnancy considerations.
- Claim eligibility shows which programs (NIPVIP, CVCP, QLD Free Flu, NSW Free FluMist, WA CPIPP) will pick this encounter up when you claim, and why if one won't.
Fewer surprises in the Claims queue.
NIPVIP consent form links to the official PDF. The NIPVIP consent form on the encounter now includes a direct link to the PPA-hosted Patient Information and Consent Form.
More customisations for you.
Run multiple offerings of the same service. One service, many offerings — each with its own booking link, its own defaults, edited independently. Perfect for brand, dose, or regional variants without duplicating the service.
Bookings workflow refinements.
A pile of small workflow wins on bookings — thanks to Tim Siv and the team at TWC Clare for the feedback that drove most of these.
Shoutout to Tim Siv's TerryWhite Chemmart Clare, SA for the bookings workflow feedback.
Add Booking opens ready to go. A sensible time slot is pre-selected and a single Schedule button gets you out of the sheet faster.
Send to kiosk in one tap. For a booking made without a customer attached, hand it off to a paired kiosk — QR, link, or direct send — without juggling URLs.
Group bookings, one row per attendee. Group bookings now show every attendee on the run sheet, with each person's service, status, voucher, and forms visible at a glance.
Edit a customer from more places. Customer details are editable straight from the booking page, the service page, the attendees list, the customers list, and inside an encounter — no detour through the profile, and the encounter stays put while you edit.
AIR matches prefill and let you finish the rest. Pick a patient from an AIR search and Light fills in name, DOB, Medicare and address from AIR — locked so the official details stay intact — and you finish the rest before saving.
Small things that make a big difference.
Smarter Medicare entry. Paste a Medicare number and Light handles the formatting for you.
Shoutout to TerryWhite Chemmart Kingsley, WA for this one.
Customer addresses fill in the missing pieces. Partial addresses from AIR (or anywhere else) now come through with the state, region, and postcode filled in.
Booking-flow polish. Smoother popovers, clearer toasts, a shift-click shortcut on Schedule to jump straight to the new booking.
Sticky actions on wide tables. On the service variants screen, the actions column stays pinned as you scroll — no more losing the row menu off-screen.
